"Gutom at malnutrisyon, Sama-sama nating wakasan"

                Nutrients is what our body need to be a healthy person, and we can get it from nutritious foods. Being a healthy person is just like being physically fit. You are safe at any diseases and you are energetic all day. You can never catch diseases easily because your body can protect you from any viruses and bacterias that will make you ill.
                If you are not a healthy person, you can easily be hungry and in higher risk, you can be malnourished. If we can together fight starvation and and malnutrition, we can all be nutritious. Poverty is the biggest threat in our nutrition, because poverty can make us hungry and malnourished. Poverty is one of the biggest problem of our country, because many Filipino's is suffering poverty this day and it caused that they can't eat three times a day and if they eat, it is not nutritious. If we can fight poverty, we can lessen the rate of starvation and malnutrition in our country.
                Let us together fight poverty and we can fight starvation and malnutrition at the same time. If we fight together, we can stop the balooning rate of starvation and malnutrition. Let's go, let's fight. One big fight.

Dear Mr. President,
               First of all, I just want to greet you a great day. I want to congratulate you for all the hardwork,  successful projects and the good service to us, Filipinos.

             I am one of the students of Ilocos Sur National High School and I expect to graduate this year. Towards my high school life, I have saw many problem in our school; lack of books and chairs, dirty and destroyed CR's and etc.
             I am asking for your kind heart Mr. President that you will donate some books and chairs to our school and you will repair our comfort rooms because we all need this things for us to have a comfortable and healthy school.
             If you will approved my wishes Mr. President, we the Ilocos Sur National High School  students promised to take care of it and we will not destroy all of it. I would like nto thank you in advance Mr. President and GOD Bless.
